What happens to your information

The contact form collects your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to add: a phone number, your due date or baby's birth date, your neighborhood, the kind of help you're looking for, how you'd like me to reach you, and your message.

When you send the form, it's delivered to my inbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. This website doesn't keep its own copy. Resend handles the message only to deliver it, under its own privacy terms. I use what you send only to reply to you about your inquiry, and I don't sell it or share it with anyone.

Please leave medical details out of the form. We can talk about anything like that in person.

If you'd like me to delete a message you've sent,reply to any email from me, or ask through the contact form, and I'll remove it.

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you.
